While weddings in Manhattan can be much more logistically complicated than elsewhere, I personally really love the hustle and bustle of city weddings. When shooting outdoors, there’s a distinct New York look that’s just so iconic. As for the venues, many are incredibly unique and historic, like the James Burden Mansion, also know as Burden Kahn Mansion.
This was the second wedding I shot that day (my first and only double-hitter), but with the lovely couple, the emotional highs, and the energy of the entire place, I’m pretty sure I could have shot another one afterwards!
